Auto Collision 4: Appraisal & Management Certificate

The Auto Collision 4: Appraisal & Management Certificate program continues the development of skills in structural repair, as well as damage appraisal and collision repair management. Practical and advanced skills are also acquired in electrical systems and component repair. To earn a certificate students must complete all major course requirements with a grade of C or better At least 50% of the program must be completed at Cypress College. This certificate requires a total of 19 units.

Program Student Learning Outcomes:

OUTCOME 1 : Develop entry-level skills and knowledge for employment in the automotive industry, i.e. an auto body repair facility, and the insurance business.

OUTCOME 2: Acquire increasingly technical skills and knowledge to work safely in the lab/shop environment.

OUTCOME 3: Demonstrate the ability to become part of the Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair (I-CAR) and the Automotive Detailers Association (ADA).
