The Professional Photography Certificate is designed to prepare the student for entry-level occupational positions in photo studios, public relation firms, entertainment industry, service bureaus, print shops, and marketing firms. All courses must be completed with a grade of C or better. This certificate requires the completion of 18 units.

Outcome 1: Demonstrate competence in operating medium and large digital format cameras and will be able to produce, analyze, and interpret digital files for accurate color reproduction and resolutions for digital printing systems for professional and commercial applications.
Outcome 2: Demonstrate the ability to create original and professional quality images using a variety of lighting equipment that will produce analyzed effects and communicate specific perspectives of subjects or locations for professional and commercial applications.
