Fullerton College offers a Business Computer Information Systems (CIS) program designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary for a career in the business and technology sectors. The CIS program at Fullerton College provides a comprehensive curriculum that blends business concepts with practical applications of information systems and technology. Students enrolled in the Business CIS program can expect to study various areas, including computer programming, database management, systems analysis and design, networking, web development, and cybersecurity. Fullerton College's Counseling and Student Development department is dedicated to providing comprehensive support services to help students thrive academically, personally, and professionally. The department offers a wide range of resources and programs to assist students in their educational journey and personal growth. Counseling services at Fullerton College include academic counseling, career counseling, and personal counseling. Academic counselors assist students in developing educational plans, selecting appropriate courses, and navigating academic challenges. Career counselors provide guidance in exploring career options, developing job search skills, and creating career pathways. Personal counselors offer confidential support to students dealing with personal issues, stress management, and mental health concerns. In addition to individual counseling, the department organizes workshops and seminars on topics such as study skills, time management, goal setting, and stress reduction. These resources help students develop essential skills and strategies to succeed in their academic pursuits. Fullerton College's Counseling and Student Development department also facilitates various support programs, such as the First-Year Experience program, which provides guidance and support to incoming students during their transition to college.
