Physical Education Associate in Arts Degree

The Physical Education Associate in Arts Degree is designed for students who will transfer to a four-year institution, obtaining a bachelor’s degree through a California State University program. Course and degree requirements vary at respective universities. It is important to consult with a Fullerton College Counselor and respective university transfer representatives to confer program requirements and transferable work. The Program requires a total of 18-20 units of which 16-17 units are in required courses. An additional 2-3 units must be chosen from the restricted units listed below.

Outcome 1: Examine personal health-related behavioral patterns, select goals and formulate appropriate health and fitness strategies
Outcome 2: Demonstrate an understanding of anatomy, nutrition, health promotion as well as behavior development as it applies to Kinesiology and Physical Education.
