PC/Network Hardware Support Certificate


This certificate is intended for those individuals who need to gain hands-on practice and competency in core hardware related to both PC and network operating system technologies. Upon completion of all required courses, students will be able to recognize major personal computer components including their functions, and configure the most common technical problems associated with a personal computer in both stand-alone and networking platforms. Special emphasis is focused on hands-on skills with PC hardware and software installation and troubleshooting in a networked environment. To earn a certificate, complete the required courses as listed with a grade of C or better. At least 50% of all course work must be completed at Cypress College.
